As a Senior Audit Associate, Trent is responsible for being the Engagement Lead Senior in the execution of financial statement and ICOFR opinion audit work with a team of staff, as well as performing and facilitating transaction work such as IPOs, acquisitions, divestments, and others. Trent works directly with Company executives and management to understand the diverse aspects of their business and work collectively to achieve objectives.

•	Effectively coordinated the cross functional efforts of issuing the Financial Statement and ICOFR opinions for several multi-billion dollar revenue companies, including coordinating the work of component audit teams in numerous countries primarily in Europe and Australia.
•	Prepared time and cost budgets, planned and conducted audit preparation, and served as lead engagement team member in all audit phases for clients such as ResMed Inc., Charlotte Russe Holdings, and Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center.
•	Reviewed client prepared reconciliations, financial statements, internal processes; supporting efficiency and process updates
