-Customer Service – Provided product recommendations to customers after discussing what they liked and were looking for in a chocolate experience. -Sales Clerk – Greeted and helped customers throughout their shopping experience. -Product Manufacturing – Participated in constructing signature items such as caramel apples, gourmet dipped strawberries and ‘bark’ type chocolates. -Self-Driven and Trustworthy– Started a career at RMCF at 15 and was given opening store duties after 1 year of employment.

- Managed their following social media platforms: Twitter Facebook Instagram - Worked with management and sales team to create sales sheets and special marketing ads. - Utilized Outlook to send out mass emails to current and future customer base - Research and help identify future customers via internet - Order products to supply to restaurants - Was in charge of implementing and creating a basketball court to give back to the community. Located in a church parking lot in the west side of Chicago. Ran the project myself and contacted companies to assist in getting the job done in a timely fashion.
