Used 3rd party EDI system SPS Commerce to receive, create, and send EDI 850, 810, and 856 documents. Review received orders for correct pricing, inventory, investigated chargebacks, and ensured orders to be completed before cancel date. In charge of shipping Rainbow’s largest account Nordstrom as well as smaller accounts such as Nexcom and Marine Corp Exchange. Maintained communication between warehouse, rep, and management to ensure cancel dates and shipping requirements were met.
