Planned and delivered CRM strategies and maintained customer relationships through CRM. I was also a manager and lead a team of 6-15 employees at any given time. Made sure customers and employees both were happy. Managed cash tills and counted them in and out of shifts. Attended weekly and monthly meetings with higher management and corporate. 


Marketing Representative

Internship, but I was the sole graphic designer.  Helped with all digital graphic work.  Worked on creating and maintaining campaigns, posters, direct mail pieces, flyers, etc.  Worked with InDesign to get files and projects ready for print. Used Illustrator to create the projects themselves, and Photoshop to edit photos for the projects.
