I am a motivated professional with desires to generate the best solutions and improve the whole business for a company with a strong culture an vision to impact the future. During my whole life, I have always been looking for new opportunities to learn and also instill my experience in the different markets in which I worked. 

My experience being a Mountain Bike racer for 10+ years helped me in being a passionate and outbound person who always strive to do the best in any situation. For the last 10 years, my work experience has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills with teammates as well as generate an analytical and problem-solving mindset, leadership skills and focus on business development and long-term relations with customers. I've used those skills with different departments such as sales, marketing, customer service, R&D, action sports distribution, environmental services and retail. 

The words: Vision, Creativity, Motivation, and Leadership are my themes that could define my way of solving problems and maintaining the objectives of my teamwork. Innovation is something I always have in my head that gives me an interest in being in search of new opportunities in the world market. Bicycle components manufacturer established in Southern California. Manufactures, designs, and
produces parts for Olympic BMX and MTB. Currently positioned #1 in the global BMX market and positioning on MTB industry.

- Managing & Optimizing Global Key partners Accounts for Sales & Distribution. Establishing positioning strategies for new territories in LATAM Market.
- Achieved 20% Growth in Sales for Australia, Netherlands & US key Accounts in 2022
- Opened distribution in Brazilean Market with USD60K as open order 2023
- Achieved $6MM of Sales in 2022 making the yearly Goal for the company
- Managing sponsored team all over the world. Creating programs for each territory aliging the company vision/Strategy
- Reached + 350K on sales in the first month generating a historical goal for the company and exceeded overall goals on sales for 2019. Exceed those goals in 2020 Q3 +/- 5% & reached year-end goal on 2021 (USD$4MM)
- Signed a contract for Racing Sponsorship with Sea Otter Classic Event that saved USD10K dollars for the company and will provide return on branding by providing with the materials needed for the race.
- Implemented and established standardization for backorder processing and upcoming shipments. Same process for new sales order
- Handled inbound /outbound calls for customer service.
- Working directly R&D providing data for testing proposes and established new projects to improve data accuracy and efficiency from the warranty department.
- Working with R&D for future product launches providing ideas and design following current and future tendencies.
- Created layout for Marketing programs such as MTB level up
- Assisting Marketing and eCommerce department with Social media coordination and UX experience to improve the new website powered by Shopify
- Working on After sales and warranty department generating RMA's and credit generation for global partner
- Standardizing instructions for procedures such as warranties and returns for the company proposes

Key Account Manager BMX & MTB Division

Sports action company with over 40 years in the worldwide market selling products related to pro/
amateur Motocross and Mountain-bike, also lifestyle clothing.

Achievements/Tasks
• Entered and released 100+ sales orders to customers, dealers and sales representatives in all the US
included e-commerce sites. Also managed and created RA's and Credit Memos.
• Created 50+ returns authorization and credit memos for various customers through the US
• Helped to create the data basis for the new customer's order form for 2019 US-Canada Fall/Holiday
collection in MX, MTB, & lifestyle.
• Managed the inventory status on the SAP platform and the Amazon's vendor central.
