Largest specialty Outdoor industry 3P seller on Amazon.com.  Key partner with Amazon for filling department voids in assortment as well as top tier brands.  Business was comprised of Amazon FBA selling, brick and mortar store, Shopify website platform, outlet store and warehouse.       
General Manager:	 							      
•	Responsible for overall company management (45+ members) as well as P&L for new business development, buying, accounting, stores, logistic and HR departments.
•	Stakeholder in determining and implementation of back office system, inventory replenishment system, POS system, website platform as well as logistic system.
•	2018 Inspiration Award winner Retailer of the Year from Outdoor Retailer trade show.
VP of Merchandising:	 						      
•	Sales results - took a business with flat sales for 2 years and within 2 quarters achieved 75% top line growth.  Averaged a 32% growth rate during tenure.
•	Restructured buying team and created merchandising, inventory management and online merchandiser positions based on brand expansion and growth.
•	Created new marketing initiatives, campaigns, CRM program to enhance customer interactions, communications, and events to differentiate our brand / business.  


GM / VP of Merchandising

Hardgoods licensees for numerous action sports brands like Hang Ten, Tony Hawk, Zoo York, World Industries, Shawn White and others.  Product distribution ranged from specialty shops to mass market and clubs.
 	
•	ID and develop (designing, spec, packaging and sourcing) the licensed product categories for the Hang Ten spring/summer 2014 product launch.  
•	Conducted competitive product and pricing analysis to insure product line viability and competitive edge.  Launched products from inception to sales within 9 months.  
•	Worked in conjunction with the Marketing department to develop overall brand and product stories at B2B and B2C levels and PR promotions.  


Brand Manager

Southwest regional sporting goods retailer with 52 store locations, ecommerce website, largest PADI certification seller in US, customer rentals and warehouse.  

•	Managed the Outdoors category $90 million in annual sales consisted of 9,000+ skus.  
•	Responsible for the Winter, Water, Skateboard, Scuba, Camping and Fishing divisions.  
•	These divisions combined made up some of the largest buying responsibilities while also being seasonal in nature.  
•	Responsibilities included meeting and exceeding sales budgets, creating marketing/ advertising promotions, creating seasonal assortment plans, managing store and online assortments, staying within OTB standards and improving turns and maximizing ROI.  


Sr. Buyer / DMM

Largest nationwide pool supplies retailer in the US with 500+ retail store locations and 4 distribution center locations.  Started with 200+ stores and grew to 500+ stores during tenure.  
	                                                                                                    
•	Negotiated and purchased all categories of the business during tenure.
•	Fiscal sales in 2005 under my responsibilities were $175 million.
•	Developed and introduced the largest full maintenance line of private label chemical and tools products in company history in the water chemistry / chemical categories.
