Lead analysis and restructure of Search (SEO & SEM) initiatives to be sure consumers can quickly and easily find product & ingredient information with strong emphasis on digital, social and mobile platforms.

> Company answers now appear in position #1 on all Search pages for the first time in history.
> Grew web traffic 100% within 6 months, driving 4MM visitors by revamping SEO / SEM strategy.
> Also in six months, increased mobile device traffic from 45% to 75%, increasing access to on-the-go shoppers

Designed and developed the 12 Months-Always-On Social Media Strategy for Sustainability. Proposed, designed, built and implemented paid social media strategy. > Charged with special assignment leading digital team in development of globally pre-approved Category Acceptance content and Capability Building Online Toolkit.
> Proved Sustainability is key business driver that can be used to drive growth in both Brand Love Scores (BLS) and Company Trust (CORA) amongst consumers viewing sustainability campaigns on social media.
