Senior Graphic Designer for Cushman & Wakefield, in San Diego, CA. Prior to to this, I was the Director of North American Sales at Leader Bikes USA, a staple brand in the track and fixed-gear cycling community located in San Diego, CA. Servicing Key Accounts, Dealers, and Customer Service. With 12 years of professional design experience, I held the position of Director of Creative Services at Colliers International in New York City. Utilizing my experience in communication arts across various mediums and disciplines, I am responsible for the creation, production and management of integrated design solutions for the Greater New York City / Tri-State Region. Prior to Colliers, I held over nine years experience as a Store Manager and Buyer for 44Board, a board sports division of Pedigree Ski Shop. This included hiring and training new employees, organizing promotional events, fundraisers, skateboard demonstrations and contests, designing original skateboard artwork, updating website content, and writing articles and editing content for their seasonal mail publications.

Coordinating exclusive bicycle events including demos, sales, and trade shows for consumers and dealers. Built a previously non-existent database of clients using the web-based CRM HighRise, enabling company wide visibilty on client history and future projects.
Achievements: Opened 12 new domestic Authorized Dealer accounts within 6 months, expanding North American store front locations by 15%.
Created a database of existing dealers, competitors locations, and potential locations. Used GIS mapping, historical sales data, and industry trends to pinpoint new sales opportunities.

Responsible for executing corporate property marketing campaigns from concept through design to delivery. This involves developing highquality proposals and marketing presentations, which include designing flyers, brochures, logos, window signs, tour books, quarterly market reports, and aerial maps which highlighting the market demographics and property locations.
Managing and creating daily e-mail marketing campaigns. Successfully minimizing bounce-backs and un-subscribe rates as well as significantly increased the number of opens and click-throughs. Combating spam filters by hand-coding HTML/ inline CSS for each campaign.
Responsible for the printing and production of presentation materials, window signs, and special event collateral.
Collaborating with the sales and leasing team to define project requirements and offer creative marketing solutions.

Store Manager | Buyer Management responsibilities included: educating and training new employees of the company’s protocols, sales techniques and technical product knowledge, directing workflow, monitoring inventory, and merchandising.
• Buying of merchandise for all four store locations and online marketplace • Organized the sponsorship of a team of skateboarders and coordinated promotional events, fundraisers, skateboard demonstrations and contests • Designed skateboard graphics and updated website content • Wrote articles for the seasonal direct mail publication
Achievements: • Promoted from a sales associate to the store manager within 2 years of hire • Produced a skateboard video featuring the entire 44 Board team • Advocated for skateboarders by helping to raise money and promote the building of skate parks in both Fairfield and Westchester Counties. This includes the Stamford, Connecticut skatepark that was completed in 2007
