I enjoy riding my motorcycles on the open road or trails with my wife. we travel and hike along the beach trails.

As a highly capable manager and a proven leader with over twenty years of experience in all aspects of managing retail operations along with outside sales. With genuine a connection and ease with customers, I listen to their needs and train with product knowledge directed to sales in mind. Being organized and able to manage multiple priorities daily while building relationships and key metrics. I keep my eye on the big picture but focus on the details until the job is done. I am in daily contact with customers by phone, email and CRM systems designing accessory buildings, garages and cabins. I work with contractors and local government offices to obtain permits for oversized builds. Using the CRM to create mass email and phone events to drive sales and track progress. I am goal driven and customer centric.
