Oversee all aspects of my store in Grand Prarie, TX. Built a team of salespeople that have excelled at their jobs by becoming the #1 store in the company for 2015. I oversee inventory, sales, sales training, merchandising, scheduling, payroll budgeting, hiring, coaching and networking. I also travel and train new store managers for Merrell or work with under performing stores with their sales techniques, coaching and store operations.

Oversaw a team of concierge in the silver suites at Cowboys Stadium. Worked with suite owners and patrons to help provide them an enjoyable experience while they were at the sporting event or concert. In charge of 25 concierge on my floor and would handle any difficult requests or situations as they would arise. Enjoyable job and environment.
