Reduced premium DEA BPS from 73 in 2022 to 38 in 2023, 47.16% improvement, while DEA BPS surged from 69 in 2022 to 380 in 2023, attributed to process adjustments and driver performance management.

RTS shipments rose by 31.05%, with volumes growing from 32,139 to 42,117. Delivered shipments increased by 5.48%, reaching over 6.29 million in 2023, and dispatched shipments grew by 5.61%.
