Visual Merchandising Experience
•	Interpret current fashion trends in the overall brand and in local markets in order to generate creative solutions and sales.

Management Experience
•	Create a whole sensory experience that appeals to the customer emotionally through the presentation and placement of product.
•	Take a proactive approach to planning and executing all merchandising projects to ensure that the store environment remains safe, clean and organized.
•	Actively participate in daily meetings by contributing new product knowledge, setting daily merchandising tasks and sharing merchandising updates.
•	Placed in charge of select contests and fundraising programs at the request of the District Manager.
•	Maintain and communicate the Company’s commitment to goals, drive sales, and motive team’s performance.
•	Continuously work with clients and build ongoing relationships to increase store sales.

•	Assist in monitoring and controlling of budgeted expenses focusing on payroll management and supply expenses.
•	Ensure proper receipt, selling, markdown, and transfer of inventory within the store.
•	Maintain and monitor the staff’s compliance with Company policies and procedures on sales, customer service, dress code, etc., and provide feedback to the Managing Director as needed.

Visual Merchandising Experience
Merchandised and presented the denim department during new store opening, exceeding visual standards.
Provided visual updates and supplements for overall concepts of store.
Developed maps to correspond to the store layout for new flows.
