My name is Taz, and yes it is my real name, I have very cool parents. I believe that passion drives us. It drives me. Galileo Galilei once said "Passion is the genesis for genius". My passion is motorcycles, all things motorcycles. Motorcycles have surrounded me my entire life and I wouldn't have it any other way. They have made me smile, scream, laugh, cry, hurt, love, you name it. One of my lifelong goals is to stay as close to motorcycles as I possibly can, for as long as I can. Whether it's just riding anything with wheels as a hobby, or working in an industry around the sport, I will constantly strive to live out my passion. Just like the way riding a motorcycle makes you feel, my focus professionally is creating experiences that make lasting impacts. 

Every day I learn a little more about a lot, and it is a constant goal to keep myself fresh with knowledge. I will continue to learn and will give it my all to grow as a professional every day. The fun part is applying what you learn and seeing success. That earned success is what I strive for daily. The extremely valuable legacy that EVS carries makes it exciting to be the new Global Brand Director. In this role, I will lead the brand through the evolution of the modern market. With tremendous resources and fantastic team members, we will take EVS to the next level as a brand leader in the motocross industry. We will do so by continuously improving the already premium product line of safety products and adding more value than ever to our business partners and dealers by refreshing and upgrading our brand value with extensive investment into the modernization of the brand.

In this role, it is my absolute joy, honor, and passion to lead all functions of marketing for Tucker. For the past two years, we have been progressively breaking records and continuing to add more value than ever with our marketing services! Our teams get better everyday at telling our brands stories and education to our many dealer partners across the world.

Well, passion has brought me here, so passion is what I will use to drive success again. I am now leading the amazingly talented marketing group at the ever-evolving Tucker Powersports. It's my honor to work with and direct the outbound content team consisting of Production(catalog), Art(design), and Online(web/social). We have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on this awesome industry through the way we communicate with our dealer partners, sales force, and ultimately, our end users, the riders! We will refocus, reorganize, and deliver messaging with our communication in new, innovative ways that has the ability to educate, inspire, and motivate. It's time to make a change in the way we market our brand partners. We're going to work hard to do that and drive more attention and sales to the many brands we work with. I believe strongly this team and I can do that and look forward to the bright future ahead.

Sr. Manager, Marketing 

As the Market Sales Manager for the Tampa and Miami Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA), I lead a tight team of 11 powersports sales professionals with one goal, growing the business. The MSA Markets are the newest sales structure at Tucker and we have embraced the team selling model fully proving time and time again we are the model market for the MSA program at Tucker. In my position, I mainly "direct traffic" for the team while their day to day process changes from transactional relationships to consultative. With the ability to use every member of the team as a resource we can now provide the most amount of support to dealers than ever before. It is now our plan to assist our dealers in getting them the right motorcycle/ATV parts, accessories, and apparel based on THEIR business plans. We now take pride in taking a deeper look into our partner's businesses and using the resources that Tucker gives us to ultimately increase sales for the dealer and ultimately Tucker. As the Market Sales Manager, I have the amazing opportunity to be a catalyst for change within Tucker. I have the chance to be a new liaison for the dealers, and reps, for making the right things happen at the right times for the right customers. What we're doing in this model has the power to change the way distributors do business in our industry. This is the best position I've had yet. 

Market Sales Manager

The Helmet & Apparel Specialists are the newest innovation in human capital from one of the nations leading motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel distributors, Tucker Powersports. As category specific specialists, our team of 12 throughout the country assist the outside sales team with all things Helmet and Apparel. I provide high energy informational presentations on brands and products, assist my road reps with day to day apparel sales needs, and showcase Tucker's fine Helmet and Apparel brands at regional and national shows. It's our responsibility to be a resource to the dealerships everywhere that carry Tucker's apparel brands. Our goal is to ensure that our dealers are getting the most information possible about our Helmet and Apparel brands while maintaining the easy to work with reputation Tucker is known for!

Helmet & Apparel Specialist

EVS Sports is one of most respected and established brands in Motocross. A company that started with knee braces has since evolved into creating a full line of successful protective gear for the Motocross Industry. As a Brand Manager, I have the opportunity to share all the features and benefits of EVS Sports's products to all the awesome distributors, reps, and accounts that carry the great EVS Sports line. With a constant management of information and relationships, we travel the country providing the tools necessary to keep EVS Sports a leading protective gear brand.

As an Inbound Marketing Manager, it is my job to EN-GAGE the prospects that are just not responding to the traditional methods of old school communication. @PeopleOps we have rolled out the first subscription-based sourcing solution. The only of it's kind, our service provides all-inclusive beginning to end candidate sourcing and talent acquisition. As the Inbound Marketing Manager, it is my job to create engagement and interaction for PeopleOps with prospected clients, candidates, and other recruiting industry professionals. I do this by harnessing the power of true authentic internet strategizing and the constant use of the latest innovative and modern digital marketing techniques. We strive to genuinely match up our customers with candidates through an organic process where the candidate is constantly engaged with content based on the hiring company's needs, wants, and culture. As such an integral part of the PeopleOps customer lifecycle, I truly enjoy seeing the whole process through it's stages. From the introduction to a great hire for a customer, creating and driving positive engagement with our customers and potential candidates makes my job an awesome place to be every day.

Inbound Marketing Manager

I worked as the sales and marketing specialist for Tallahassee's newest powersports dealership. Red Hills Powersports specializes in sales, service, parts and accessories for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki. The new dealership is locally owned and operated by a family who have a long history of success in the Tallahassee area. Tallahassee has long needed a retail motorcycle organization like this to come along and really tap the potential that this market has, Red Hills Powersports is that store.

Some of the tasks I performed on a daily basis were:
• Developed strong skills in motorcycle sales as well as powersports parts sales, while gaining extended knowledge on all things powersports through hands-on experience of major unit and parts and accessory sales.
• Implemented marketing activities through promotions such as bike nights, rallies, and special events designed to drive customers to the store.
• Attained an overall comprehension of the sales process in a retail environment while being part of a team that actively managed an inventory of around $2,000,000.

Sales and Marketing Specialist

My time with RBNA was some of the most productive years of my life. To be a part of that company was a dream come true. I was a part of a team in Tallahassee that managed all things field marketing. We executed many marketing strategies throughout my time with them that taught me so much about what it takes to be such an amazing marketing based company.

• Managed and executed the strategic marketing direction of Red Bull Energy Drink brand marketing initiatives in Tallahassee and surrounding areas.
• Drove distribution and visibility at and around TCC, FSU, and FAMU campuses in close collaboration with the area sales team.
• Deployed the Wings Team to ensure the best strategic employment to engage new users and expand the consumer base.
• Actively participated in meetings with the local sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.
