 •Manage all East and West coast wholesale accounts
•Manage the ordering of development materials as necessary
• Manage the marketing calendar and determine upcoming email blasts and launches

•	Project manage the development, sourcing and production of branded merchandising, promotional and collateral items ie: In center marketing materials including GWP Cosmetic bags, posters, shelf talkers, clings, Lifestyle products and accessories for internal and external use, Promotional items for use in centers and at events
•	Help to determine feasibility of all ideas in regard to cost, packaging and design.
•	Track and manage all key timeline date approvals (product, testing, package, artwork), providing status updates on a regular basis.
•	Maintain Item Master list, product tracking sheets and all additional calendars and forms necessary.
•	Maintain and monitor production schedule on all SKUs in development in weekly status document. 
•	Assist in forecasting for all branded promotional and collateral materials.

Merchandising and Production Manager 


•Maintain communication on product and other initiatives between the Creative Dept and Development, Sales, Marketing/PR, Ecomm, Inventory, Production
•Manage deadlines related to product launch and individual projects
