balms. All of Sun Bum's skincare line, and every variety of face stick we offered as a brand in market.
- Successfully implemented cost reduction processes such as implementing automated packaging at the factory level.
- Managed all New Product Implementations including the new Kid's face stick and Brightening Scrub.
- Visited factories on-site to indicate any bottlenecks in production and areas for improvement.
- Developed and implemented vendor score cards to improve efficiency and meet established KPIs.
- Managed the RFX process including submitting Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals, and Request for Information etc.
- Monitored market intelligence and key trends to make adjustments in production flows and delivery windows.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

- Managed Fluidra's largest supplier, contributing to over half of Fluidra's COGs.
- Successfully maintained 90%+ attainment each month across all categories produced by this supplier.
- Developed & implemented 2-year plans based on the supplier's fluctuating capacity and demand for filters, valves, and pumps.
- Managed CAPEX implementation to increase capacity.

BUYER AND DEMAND PLANNER

-	Manage North America purchasing functions for Bollé, Spy Optic, Bollé Safety, and Serengeti brands
-	Communicate daily with our factories regarding their production timelines, WIP reports, and material availability.
-	Source freight quotes and manage all shipments to our 3PLs in the US, Canada, as well as drop shipments.
-	Manually receive inventory into our Netsuite system, and complete inventory adjustments when needed. 
-	Monitor potential inventory issues caused by delivery dates, and improve the process to ensure availability of top
selling products
-	Create and manage all SKUs for Spy Optic in our Netsuite system.
-	Oversee and train the Junior Buyer

PURCHASING MANAGER

(Footwear)
- Created Product Specification sheets and maintained daily factory communication for over 6 footwear brands.
- Managed early development phases including product assortment, vendor sourcing, and material sourcing for each season and round of development.
- Negotiated pre-costing and develop strategies to meet/exceed margin requirements while maintaining design aesthetic.
- Managed, reviewed, and approved samples throughout all stages - alignment, adoption, development, pre-production,
confirmation, top of production, and wear test phases.
- Oversaw style maintenance including creating style numbers, names, costing, vendor details, etc. in our ERP system.
