With over 10 year's of customer service experience, my expertise lies in successfully establishing customer relationships, resolving customer issues with solution based thinking and embodying a team-spirit demeanor within the workplace.

Most recently, I switched paths to take a role as Sr. Sales Executive with Oracle Inc focusing on sales within the Hospitality Industry. In this role, I manage over 400 accounts in California, Nevada and Hawaii. Ranked top 5 globally and  #1 sales rep for fiscal year 2020 in USA.

Sales executive for Oracle Hospitality overseeing over 400 accounts in California, Hawaii, and Nevada

Led and directed daily operations for the Guest Relations Team.
Handled all VIP and celebrity clientele within a 5 star resort environment.
Maintained all alias information, keeper of confidential items.
Forecasted annual return business and  tracked annual repeat business.
Assisted as weekly Manager on Duty for the Front Office. 


Guest Relations Manager

Led and directed daily operations for Concierge and Guest Experiences Team within a luxury environment.Implemented sales techniques and managed all outbound communications to promote ancillary revenue. Implemented new policies and created a positive work environment.  Resolved all customer issues including responding to online surveys and reviews. Created schedules, conducted monthly department meetings, and assisted in on-boarding new employees. 


Guest Experience Manager / Manager of VIP Services 

Personal liaison for all VIP customers in the Resort. Actively engaged in the pre-arrival outbound communication to promote sales.Created unforgettable experiences and logged each guest’s preferences to confirm their return business for future stays. Responsible for all concierge needs, wedding proposals, and handle-with-care clientele 


Guest Loyalty Coordinator

Delivered exceptional, high-end dining service within a face pace environment. Orchestrated all client relations and handled all phone responsibilities. Averaged $1,300 in sales for each serving shift. Troubleshooted all customer issues.


Server

Facilitator for in-house hotel events and managed monthly banquet event order book. Brought $40,000+ in revenue each month for small group sales.Organized weekly meetings to review data analysis/metrics for the catering department. 


Group Coordinator/ Catering Administrator

Provided first-rate service with a positive demeanor in order to assist all guests with their needs. Created amenities, and responsible for all wedding proposals, romance packages, and room decorations.  Attended community events to represent the resort, learned about upcoming events and showcased information to guests. Coordinated guest itineraries prior to guest arrival and departure.
