• Create and issue specs for the VFA team and factory partners for samples & pullovers • Proactively manage the product development and commercialization processes aligning with Product Creation Calendar • Resolve and negotiate all costing issues in a complete and timely manner • Plan and execute development for on-time delivery for all agreed-upon key samples (Models, Pullovers, Development, PR - LL) • Work with teams to get pattern revisions, 2D and 3D revisions executed correctly to approve construction, patterns & mold manufacturing • Review CBDs, yields, cost, and negotiate cost to achieve a minimum target margin • Coordinate the sample making of new materials, compounds, and processes initiated by the Materials Group for wear-testing & material testing • Operates with a complete understanding of the development process (which includes Marketing, Design, Engineering, Pre-costing, Commercialization, Far East Development) • Consistently manages systems, people, timelines, projects, and resources in an organized, well-prioritized manner • Works proactively to stay ahead of timelines

• Execute timely approval of production confirmation samples to ensure a smooth transition into production. Monitoring GTM deadlines, and cost & margin targets. • Give clear and concise communication to our overseas partners in China, and US team members. • Support the product creation process from brief stage and design through final prototyping and salesman samples. • Generate and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) • Problem solve design tech packages prior to hand-off for potential construction, material, fit & wear or cost concerns. • Review technical drawings, lab tests, patterns, components and lasts to identify issues.

• Maintain sales support for NA Wholesale Independents region. Providing weekly audits and reporting to evaluate sales processes, programs, and programs to maximize quarterly targets for UGG Brand, by managing our Hubsoft platform. I work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Development, and IT to troubleshoot and address sales force needs in an effective and timely manner.On-boarding new hires and training coordinators on supply chain processes.
