With over four years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and versatile HR professional who thrives in dynamic and diverse environments. Currently, I hold dual roles as a Human Resources Generalist & Recruiter at TYR Sport, Inc. and Swimwear Anywhere Inc., two leading companies in the sports and swimwear industries. In these roles, I apply my strategic human resource planning, recruiting, and employee relations skills to support the growth and development of both organizations. I also leverage my Master's Degree in HRD from Villanova University to align the HR policies and practices with the business objectives and values of each company. My mission is to foster a positive and inclusive culture where employees can perform at their best and achieve their goals.
