Hi everyone!
My name is Taegan Gray. I am currently a Floor Supervisor at VANS. I've been with VANS for five years now and I have loved every moment of it. I am very luck to say that I have had the incredible opportunity to work at many of VANS's corporate events in the five years. I am currently in my first semester at Cal State Fulleton, where I'll receive my Bachelors Degree in Public Relations. VANS2015 – Present
I am responsible for all the work done on an assigned floor. As a supervisor, I will work with a number of other employees who help me maintain order on your floor. I communicate with the Manager on a very constant basis. I develop floor reports and keep hourly statistics of the stores sales and ect. I am also responsible for training others in the store weather it be coaching in the moment or working on training packets with my team.

I was responsible for taking care of customer's wants and needs. Customer Service was a must in this job! our priority was to make a customer a life long Vans customer. I was also responsible for inventory organization, and store organization as well.
