• Drive e-commerce site merchandising strategies across all categories: Professional/Clinical Skin Care, Cosmetics, Hair Care, Bath & Body and Men.
• Facilitate bi-monthly category strategy sessions with Buyers, marrying their business overviews and my customer behavior analytics to prioritize site initiatives and best drive category goals. 
• Manage merchandising for key Integrated Marketing Campaigns tailoring each promotion to the needs of the customer to stimulate click through and conversion.

• Responsible for product lifecycle with daily management of product maintenance including updates for pricing, copy, size, SKU, UPC, product repackages, brand phase-outs, and reformulations.
• Reviewed product pages daily to ensure content was accurate, current and presented in a way that encouraged purchase intent. Continuously audited categories to ensure correct tagging of product attributes.
• Ensured vendor-supplied product samples were inventoried and efficiently organized and trafficked to the photography studio.
• Partnered with customer service to resolve inquiries and trouble shoot customer issues.
• Researched, identified and collaborated with the Accounting team on price discrepancies for vendor invoices with price variances.
• Developed and improved current processes and CMS to create a more efficient workflow.
• Performed various other merchandising/marketing related duties as needed.
