- Lead marketing initiatives for Medicaid, Marketplace, direct delivery clinics and behavioral health products - Establish strategies and lead team in the development and execution of regional and national marketing, branding, advertising, direct and creative programs to drive awareness, acquisition/enrollment and retention across all lines of business and markets - Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support subsidiary businesses - Lead and support with strategy for business development initiatives - Increase Molina’s recognition and reputation through integrated cross-channel promotions (including cause marketing, media and social techniques) to connect audiences and enhanced communities - Manage analytical dashboard to report on campaign activity and effectiveness - Lead various standardization projects across the enterprise to enhance efficiencies and brand consistency - Lead various internal marketing and employee engagement efforts -Represent brand integrity
