Senior Product Photographer

•Photograph products and models, capturing the functionality, features, benefits, and uniqueness of styled products for eCommerce website and marketing. 
•Execute high-quality digital photography for multiple categories while maintaining consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics and productivity.
•Shoot and oversee multiple photography projects at once, ensuring that all imagery aligns with branding guidelines. 
•Partner with the creative team in the development of photo concepts to meet the objectives of the marketing and merchandising teams.
•Scouted locations and inquire about film permits. 


Brand Photographer and Photo Producer

•Photograph products and models, capturing the functionality, features, benefits, and uniqueness of styled products for eCommerce website and marketing. 
•Execute high-quality digital photography for multiple categories according to the global guidelines; maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics and productivity.
•Shoot and oversee multiple photography projects at once, ensuring that all imagery aligns with branding guidelines.
•Manage photo studio operations and Photography Assistant. 
•Manage the quality control of all post production workflow. Cull and color correct images, file management, and image archival.
•Partner with the creative team in the development of photo concepts to meet the objectives of the marketing and merchandising teams.

Commercial Photographer

•Collaborate with CEO, VP of Marketing, VP of Merchandising and Creative Director in the production of photo shoots. 
•Understand and translate brand profile, customer profile, and creative direction for specific jobs in order to recommend appropriate talent.
•Determine yearly and monthly budgets collaborating with the VP of Finance. 
•Maintain all photo shoot budgets and negotiate competitive rates and all contractual terms. Review all deal memos, send contracts, prepare call sheets and monitor all invoicing. 
•Build and maintain key relationships with agency vendors to consistently push quality of talent while maintaining budgetary goals.
•Extensive research and on going model casting to build a strong model database.
•Hire all talent including Models (Men, Women, Children), Hair and Makeup, Photographers, Stylists and Studio Teachers. 
•Manage studio production schedule and effectively resolve conflicts between schedules, resources and creative needs.
•Secure permits and proof of insurance for on location photo shoots.

Contributing Photographer

Responsible for enhancing the quality of digital product images. 
Edit and review all E-Commerce On Model images.
Review retouching work for quality and accuracy and ensure visual consistency of product images.
Retouch campaigns and special projects, including Catalog images. 
Shoot accessories and prop style accessories for ecommerce shoots and blog promotions.
Shoot behind-the-scenes photos and video for various projects and events.

Ecommerce Retouching Specialist

Analyze and do image selection.
