Developed and implemented paint, powder coat, plating, logo applications, faux finish and distressing techniques for consistency in the production process of 200K+ mannequins per year. 

Managed the development of covers for dressmaker forms. Including fabric selection and directed seam line placements for perfect fit of covers on custom forms and worked with cut & sew suppliers for consistent quality and deliveries.

Improved environmental impact and sustainability through new materials and processes for the health and safety of production operators and the environment at large. 

Negotiated with suppliers to achieve product and production goals with consideration for costs, lead-time, capability, capacity 
and logistics. 

Introduced new products across all production channels in the US, China and Mexico.
