With over 15 years working across men’s and women’s lifestyle, active, and streetwear brands, I have developed a keen expertise for detail, storytelling, and fostering fresh and innovative ideas for engaging campaigns and experiences that resonate with our target audience at global and regional levels.

Using an approach rooted in collaboration with cross-functional teams, I blend sales data, consumer insights, and emerging trends to inform my creative decisions and bring to life impactful brand messaging and immersive brand environments.

My comprehensive skill set includes store and shop-in-shop design, seasonal and evergreen go-to-market campaign design and strategy for global and regional markets, including collaborations with Mattel, Netflix, and Cynthia Rowley, set styling, content/asset creation, event production, project management, team leadership, and budget management.

I am a problem-solver and a visionary used to working in fast paced, ever-changing environments. I approach every project with an open mind, flexibility, resourcefulness and a willingness to take risks. I am always looking for ways to push the envelope and elevate a brand’s vision and ethos.

MARKETING FUNCTIONS:
-Development and execution of seasonal and evergreen marketing campaigns.
-Creation of in-store POP and Window creative.

-Develop creative seasonal window concepts for vertical and wholesale retail.
-Visual merchandising direction, including creating monthly visual merchandising directives for over 50+ vertical retail stores.
-Development of company-wide visual merchandising brand standards.
-Manage 10 in-field visual merchandisers across the country in key territories such as NY/NJ, Florida, California, and Hawaii.
-Provide visual guidance and feedback for Latin America and Canada.
-Develop seasonal product assortments with product and buying teams for retail.
-Fixture and Pop design.

MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:
-Cross-Functional team leadership,  directly manage a team of 10 as well as projects across multiple departments.
-Department budget management.
-Recapping seasonal, campaign, event, and store opening results to global and regional executive leadership and teams.
