An accomplished manager with over nine years of experience in project management, event planning and production, venue operations, and exhibit creation, design, and construction; as well as publicity and marketing.

Oversee, develop, organize, and facilitate the execution of various projects, as well as support and grow business development for the GRAMMY Museum.

-Strategizes, manages and liaises with all production and business development activities.
-Maintains current and organized records of all production & business development projects.
-Prepares and oversees expense budgets, income forecasts and timelines for various events and projects.
-Manages and reports on expenses and costs within budget for various projects and works with other departments to organize, document and execute accounts payables / receivables.
-Develops, maintains and manages relationships with new and existing production vendors as well as new and existing business development partners.
-Responsible for the development, management and delivery of various projects. 
-Supports revenue generation by seeking potential partnership and business development opportunities
-Develops and maintains talent and talent management relationships.
-Manages day-to-day operations of production staff on assigned projects and liaises with other departments as it relates to their involvement with production and business development activities.

Assisted in the creation, development and management of a wide range of evening programs targeted specifically to the general public, museum members, the entertainment industry, and the local community. Managed the Museum’s annual fundraising events, offsite concerts, and symposiums.
