Responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the wholesale and retail arms of the company

ensuring efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. Co-
ordinate sales related activities within the company in order to increase stock turns and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Supervision
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organisation across
both retail and wholesale.

Handle the tasks of entry- level positions as needed within both retail and wholesale environments-
managing cash registers, addressing customer service concerns, stock processing etc.

Oversee customer service, warehousing, sales and logistics
Oversee stock management and inventory control through regular stocktakes.
Co-ordinate loading of indent style data and indent orders for placing with Threebyone Australia.
Co-ordinate sales meetings for both wholesale and retail.

- Sales
Implementation and maintenance of the Sales Force system within the business
Oversee the professional development of sales staff within the business
Provide direction and support to sales staff in all aspects of their role and ensure all support
functions of the sales department are operating effectively
Maintain good customer relationships and act as an extension of the field sales force to identify and
troubleshoot any sales blockers in the business
Contribute to achievement of budgeted sales revenue with ongoing stock service management,
identifying sales opportunities and capitalising on fill in orders
Contribute to range preparation and costings

- Financial
Contribute to the forecasting of sales and budgets along with running financial and stock reports
including providing stock/style ageing reports for clearance purposes.
Undertake the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reporting processes and periodical reporting as
requested.
Responsible for asset protection and implementing progressive strategies for company processes.
- Best Practices
Create and implement strategies and procedures to maximise output and efficiency. Monitor
adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
Develop and improve company policies to ensure a productive and safe working environment
Monitor and manage the effective handling of customer complaints.

- Communication
Ensure effective communication between all key stakeholders and staff.
Monitor manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, logistics, accounts,
finance, marketing and sales and facilitate coordination and communication between support
functions.

Running of day to day operations which include dispatching of flights for both Barrier Air and Air Chathams, freight management and allocations, organizing the loading of the aircraft (taking into account weight and Center of Gravity limitations), additional flight planning and customer relations. 


Operations Controller

Developed and executed key sales strategies including identifying needs for diverse line of apparel and accessories. Analyzed market trends and implemented account penetration strategies for current/new customers to increase revenue. 
Key brands included: Lorna Jane, Eberjey, L*Space Swimwear, Cocobelle Designs, Lucy Activewear
Continually exceeded sales quotas and increased territory profitability. Managed new business development, account management, and customer support ensuring client satisfaction. Represented brands at regional/national trade shows.
