Digital & Experiential Design | Creative Leadership (Formally Snap, Nike, Huge)

At the heart of digital and experiential design, I’ve spent over 20 years diving into creative projects as both a Creative Director and the founder of my own letterpress shop. Recently, I’ve been leading multi-disciplinary design teams, turning big ideas into digital magic by aligning brand goals with thoughtful, impactful strategies.

I’m dedicated to creating cohesive user experiences that seamlessly blend beauty and functionality, empowering users to connect, create, and explore with ease and purpose. Working with talented teams keeps me inspired, and I love picking up new skills and staying plugged into the latest tech.

When I’m not immersed in design, you’ll find me in my analog happy place, running my 1950s Kluge letterpress and spending quality time with family and friends.

I had the unique opportunity to establish a digital-first design team within Conscious Minds to add another dimension to their creative offerings. We led high-level digital strategy initiatives for multiple clients, aligning creative vision with brand objectives and presented groundbreaking digital design approaches to clients including Nike, Travis Matthew, Uber, and Maker's Mark.

I led a diverse team of designers at Snap, Inc. as the Global Head of Arcadia Design. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for cutting-edge technology, I was responsible for bringing to life some of the most innovative augmented reality (AR) projects in the industry. I pushed the boundaries of what was possible with digital design and used the team's expertise to create truly immersive experiences for users. 

My team was responsible for creating some of the most popular AR experiences on the Snapchat App for clients Livenation, Lil Nas X, Lizzo to Kid Laroi and Vogue.

As the Digital Design Director in North America, I oversaw the foundational creative set for the content that fueled Nike’s digital experiences; working across multiple channels and platforms, both on Nike platforms and off. My team was also responsible for creating innovative content that resonated with the North America consumer through photoshoots, 3D animation, and narrative short film creation. 

Partnering with agencies and platforms like Wieden+Kennedy, Instrument, Conscious Minds, Critical Mass, Snap, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok enabled our team to reach the masses with inspiring and impactful content that exceeded performance goals.
