I am an innovative and self-motivated individual with 15+ years of design experience and a proven track record of success. From high-level brand strategy to translating market trends, I have created fresh content for fast paced companies such as Burton, Reebok, and Trek Bicycles. [ A Little Bit More: ] • I grew up in Vermont and therefore am obsessed with maple syrup • I am an avid snowboarder • I used to be the lead singer of an 80s cover band • My first car accident was with a black bear • I have taken up surfing • I can recite all 50 states in alphabetical order • I drive a 1979 black and gold Trans Am • I have done improv comedy • I love fashion, interior design, mid-century modern, and mood boards • I have seen a blue-footed Booby in the wild • I once lived in a haunted house, but still not sure if I believe in ghosts

2016 – Present

Color and trend forecasting, establishing and communicating the brand seasonal creative direction, ensuring consistent branding and design language across categories, defining and implementing brand strategy, refining design processes, mentoring junior designers, and representing the C+G department in pivotal meetings. Previously functioned as a freelance Art Director before full-time employment.

Trek Bicycle

2008 – 2015

• Researched, refined, and communicated global color and graphic strategy across the Trek and Bontrager brands - Global travel for fashion industry research and analysis - Mood board creation and cross-category distribution - Managed cohesive color and graphic brand story • Created colors and graphics for the entire road bike category and for the entire Women’s category for the 6 years prior • Assisted in growing the women’s business to over 100 million dollars • Initiated and concepted the Women’s Specific Design rebranding • Ambitiously managed the design and production of a fast-paced team bike line including bikes for Andrew Shandro and Lance Armstrong • Concepted and created trade show displays and installations

Burton Snowboards

2006 – 2007

• Concepted and created visually compelling and irreverent color and graphic stories that reflected the Burton brand and their consumer • Designed graphics, all-over prints, and color palette for all women’s outerwear and apparel • Provided graphic and color styling on boots, helmets, gloves, bags, and accessories • Was responsible for all outerwear and apparel trims, internal labels, linings, materials, and finishes • Worked closely with board graphic designer to ensure a cohesive look across categories

2003 – 2006

• Successfully managed and designed the entire women’s headwear and accessories collection for all NBA and NFL teams • Worked closely with sponsored skater Stevie Williams to help create the DGK collection for Reebok • Responsible for selecting all materials and finish details • Concepted, presented, and ultimately managed the Old Orchard Beach collection, an array of vintage-inspired apparel, headwear, and accessories for the NBA and NFL
