• Utilizing graphic design skills to create visually pleasing products that are on trend from conception to production. These projects include but are not limited to: planners, stickers, paper goods, stationary and many other planning accessories • Keeping up on the latest trends, keeping an eye out for inspiration and ideas, and brainstorming often with fellow designers. Identify new themes and ways our products can be used. • Providing Digital and Printed assets for Product/Projects to the Presentation Team for Mock-ups, Look-Books, or other Sales Collateral • Manage assigned Projects in InMotion Ignite. • Work with Director of Creative Operations to achieve completed tasks or projects on or by the given due dates.

• Executing high-quality design work on assigned projects for print and web • Design and layout of the Holiday and Everyday catalogs • Creating and drawing surface pattern designs for gift wrap, gift bags, mailing boxes, mailing envelopes, tissue and gift wrap accessories • Setting up and preparing final art work on various product templates • Overviewing quality control for products, approving proofs and samples • Product photography, photo editing and assisting with photoshoots • Researching industry trends and creating trend boards • Maintaining an organized set of files, utilizing project management systems and file server

channels (landing pages, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, website assets, print) • Product packaging, catalog layout design, trade show material, presentations, flyers, posters, PR materials, advertising and other marketing collateral • Photo editing, managing photo-styling for catalog photoshoots and creative content creation for social media channels • Developing and implementing templates on digital work to make processes efficient, especially for email marketing and packaging • Infusing brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all marketing channels • Delivering high-quality creative products while insisting on high standards for self/others on the creative team

• Responsible for leading the successful creation and production of design solutions • Consistently ensuring top artistic and creative quality, while holding high standards for a collaborative design culture and professional developments • Designing various materials, advertising and other digital and print marketing collateral, stationary, brochures, flyers, invitations, postcards, banners, signs, email blasts, weekly ads, web slides, and various graphics to promote sales • Infusing brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all marketing channels for all 3 car brands • Managing social media channels and increased followers by 12% • Generating marketing campaigns and promotions to improve sales and customer loyalty
