Replenishment Planner - Teavana Managed a daily push of store replenishment for a $200M portfolio of high end tea and merchandise for 360 mall and franchise stores across US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Middle East. Analysed inventory assortment based on store footprint, back office space and store POS. Managed vendor relationships ensuring we had the right product at the right time Led the training and immersion of a new team member on logistics processes and customer service for stores.

Led and managed a Line Review for a line valued at over $100M resulting in the successful launch of a new camping assortment Created the first complex capacity plan for Express Auto Parts distribution

centres to manage capacity and reduce inventory cost for 10K skus. Executed demand and replenishment planning for a $90M automotive parts line. Worked with category teams, vendors, DC's and stores on resolving shipments and inventory management issues quickly. Provided supportive analytic feedback to the category team for vendor reliability and performance, sell-through and inventory turns. Worked with vendors on emerging logistics initiatives such a cross-dock and direct ship.
