My professional pathway is characterized by a strong experience in the luxury sector, where I had the opportunity to create two accessories brand start-ups (Balmain, Red Valentino), according to the company’s business plans, coordinating both the infrastructural part and the identification and the related integration of relevant resources. I also managed processes and resources in moments of great change, knowing how to mediate between the innovations and the traditional methods. Coordination of all actiovities from the draw to the delivery ( Research, Develop, Industrialization, Delivery)

Company operating in footwear; luxury goods, apparel and leather accessories based in San Mauro (FC). Annual turnover around 50 million euros. Plant in Italy for production.
reporting to the Chief Executive Officer in Milan
•	Director of San Mauro plant (FC), with staff of 85 direct / indirect employees
•	Supply Chain Purchasing, Planning and Production, Warehouse Management, Industrialization and Quality control
•	Responsible for collection development budgets, productive investments
•	Management of all production activities in terms of: investments, security, etc.
Achievements:
o	Redefinition of all Operations processes from creation to delivery.
o	Redefinition of core products and outsourcing with licensing of non-core products.
o	Recovery of margins on all products categories.
o	Creation of compliance and sustainability processes


Company operating in the luxury goods, clothing and accessories based in Paris. Annual turnover around 185 million euros. Plant in Italy for accessories (turnover around 15 million euros)
Reporting to the Chief Operating Office in Paris
•	Director of the Scandicci plant, with staff of 31 direct / indirect employees
•	Development of all collections, for men and women: research, material development, sample purchases
•	Supply Chain Purchasing, Planning and Production, warehouse management, industrialization, quality control
•	Development of collections and Supply Chain management: Man and Woman;
•	Management of collection development budgets, productive investments and plant investments;
•	Responsibility for service activities for Pierre Balmain Sas (HR, Accounting, Controlling, etc.).
Achievements:
o	Startup of the new company also from “material aspects”: identification of a suitable area, renovation, furnishing according to the Balmain concept and start inclusion within it of all the figures complementary to the production to guarantee autonomy from Valentino (Administration, HR, Control, Logistics, etc.). 
o	Creation of an independent reference center for the development of accessories. The operation started in October 2017 lasted about 9 months, 5 of which to select the appropriate site and to enter into contracts, then another 4 months were needed for the various administrative and contractual matters (€ 2,500,000 investment). This allows us a total autonomy in the management with an important time saving.


Head of Balmain Accessories Operations 

Company operating in the luxury goods sector, clothing and accessories. Annual turnover around 1.2 billion euros. Headquartered in Milan with 3 other operating offices in addition to 5 production plants in Italy
Reporting to Valentino's COO.
•	Staff of 14 direct people.
•	Development of women's showroom collections: research, material development, sample purchases.
•	Supply Chain Purchasing, Planning and Production, Warehouse Management, Industrialization, Quality Control.
Achievements:
o	Create a new line of Accessories to support the growth of the Red Valentino Label, supporting the style in the search for a product identity for the brand. The result was the creation of an independent line that allowed the sale and delivery of around 90,000 pieces of shoes and bags, increasing sales around of 8,000,000 euros.
o	Creation of a production and sampling system in line with the requested time to market.

Director of Accessory Operations RED Valentino

Company operating in the luxury goods sector, clothing and accessories. Annual turnover around 1.2 billion euros. Headquartered in Milan with 3 other operating offices in addition to 5 production plants in Italy
Rreporting to Valentino's COO.
•	Staff of 18 direct people.
•	Supply Chain Purchasing, Programming and Production, warehouse management, industrialization, quality control
Achievements:
o	Creation of an autonomy structure of "Accessories".
o	Reduction of delivery lead times (approximately 20% of the total time) through the rethinking Business model.
o	Optimize the costs of the plant allowed inside other brands of the group (M Missoni, Proenza Schouler, etc.).


Accessories Production Director Valentino Garavani

Company operating in the luxury goods sector, clothing and accessories. Annual turnover around 1.3 billion euros. Head office in Florence with another office in Milan.
Reporting to the Product Director
•	Coordinate and follow the production of leather products (Women's Shoes, Men's Shoes, Women's Sport Shoes and Bags for a total of about 1 million pieces per year).
•	Management of relations with industrialization technicians; assignment of priorities based on the quantities sold per model and deliveries, managing relations with the commercial department, in terms of sharing the progress of production and management of deliveries.
Achievements:
o	"Lead Time Reduction" and "Collection Flash e Quick replenishment" (carried out in collaboration with Bain & Company); in particular, the project " Collection Flash e Quick replenishment " reduced supply times and implemented a dedicated fast cycle management methodology / process (so-called "fast cycle"), with its commercial logics, supply and production.
