Hi! I'm Shelby. I am a quick learner with strong execution skills. In my current role as a Production Coordinator, I am consistently detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible. I am currently responsible for understanding and overseeing the processes from development through to delivery. I am regularly sourcing factories and establishing long lasting professional contacts. Every day I monitor and follow up with our vendors on all production processing to anticipate problems and make timely decisions that meet our regular deadlines. I also make sure to maintain strong cross-functional relationships by working closely with the marketing and wholesale teams to communicate changes to pricing and delivery. - Serving as the main point of contact for all project updates
- Coordinating the day-to-day production operations of the home and gift department
- Overseeing daily production correspondence with vendors and internal teams.
- Resolving color, trim, packaging and carding issues for all samples in a timely manner.
- Maintaining shipping and delivery schedules between overseas partners and the California warehouse.

- Ensuring products are executed pursuant to copyright , global labelling , testing compliance , and sizing laws. 


Production Coordinator

- Collaborating with the owner on design ideas
- Sourcing apparel blanks and coordinating with the print house to facilitate the timely production of product

- Working with the design team to innovate and define direction and objectives for new projects while ensuring technical feasibility
