My curriculum consisted of using hand made artwork along with computer design software to create imagery and or text in order to communicate information, ideas or values in a manner that is coherent, logical & visually appealing. I was trained to so for a wide variety of mediums & purposes such as: magazine layout, pamphlets, brand logos, business cards, clothing, sticker, 3 dimensional product package design, product branding, motion movies, web design, poster layout, functional symbols, icons, etc. 

A month long lesson on Sake involving weekly reading assignments for lessons on basic ingredients,   different production methods, sensory analysis, styles differences, how to describe a sake & writing tasting notes. There were weekly tastings, weekly mini tests then one practice final exam.

Mid Willamette Valley route Sales role selling Wine & Beer to 100+ accounts for both on / off premise customers between west/ southwest Portland, Wine Country and Salem. 

Sales Representative

I managed a wine sales route of 120 accounts in mid Willamette Valley in Oregon between Salem - West/South suburbs of Portland. Visited my accounts on a weekly/ bi weekly basis to present new wines to sample and write weekly sales orders. I aggressively scheduled wine events throughout the year & tasting appointments with buyers on a weekly basis.

Wine & Liquor Sales via phone/email, product consultation, fulfilling requests for:   allocated products, returns, exchanges, maintaining/updating customer account records in Salesforce. I am personally responsible for keeping in regular contact by phone/email with over 350 customer accounts to assist customers & generate sales. My duties also require me to interact with the delivery staff, warehouse staff, customer service, accounts receivables department & brand managers on behalf of my customers to meet their needs and/or problem solve as accurately and quickly as possible. I also use sales data analysis tools to track product trends, what is selling best for each customer and identify new potential sales opportunities. In my first year I successfully signed up 75% of my accounts for our online ordering platform Proof as part of a company-wide campaign Jan-April 2021. I also co-created a Craft Beer Playbook as an educational tool for Nevada territory Inside Sales team.  

**Sales for my entire book of business of 300+ accounts were consistently up 125%+ during my tenure.

Duties included preparing weekly/bi-weekly Beer delivery orders, stocking Beer/Wine coolers & shelves, Inventory management, setting up/maintaining displays, scheduling Beer tastings, hand selling and recommending Beer/Wine, Customer Service, Food Pairing, Monthly Chalkboard Artwork, creating all beer order form documents, regular correspondence with many brand reps/sales people, updating all brand contact lists document files, updating upcoming tasting events online calendar, Special Order fulfillment.

Duties included preparing customer orders called in by sales team by gathering & packing wine orders from pallets in warehouse. I would also check order accuracy before delivery, operate forklift to pull down pallets from shelves above warehouse floor, inventory management, warehouse organization, delivery truck operation, delivery.
