Pacific Sunwear is a branded Surf/ Skate/ Lifestyle company, marinating the streetwear brands as well sticking to its roots with the companies that helped build the success of the company. With Pacsun I worked my way up from a sales associate up to a store manager. While with the company I completed the following duties: - Maintained store cleanliness and overall presentation. - Created the first Visual merchandising floorset team. - Ran and structured the floorset team. - Effectively completed multiple floorsets for multiple locations. - Maintained daily operations (creating sales goals, handled store LP, effectively ran sales floor through P&L, customer service, shipment processing, create schedules.) - Created strong business and personal relationships with corporate partners as well as district peers. - Creative panel for upcoming fits, styles, trends. - Ranked amongst the highest peers as Assistant manager/ Store manager. - Ran multiple volume/ Client locations. - Ran one of the highest volume stores in Region. - Maintained one of the highest ADS in district. - Recieved multiple awards/ recognition at store level and at personal level for merchandising, sales, overall hard work.
