Executive

- Report directly to CEOs, serve as CEOs’ proxy in various internal and external meetings
- Drive company wide and cross departmental strategic initiatives and goals from ideation to implementation
- Monitor and communicate progress towards goals, identify areas of improvement across the organization
- Oversee executive team and board-related calendars and activities in partnership with CEOs
- Help develop and execute company culture initiatives and processes that will scale
- Responsible for high level project management and executive team tasks across departments
- Manage company procurement and liquidation of assets
- Plan annual company summit and executive meetings

- Identify, research, analyze new sport markets for potential entry 
- Proactively surface key insights and opportunities to stakeholders
- Develop and execute new sport strategies across multiple departments: product, marketing, logistics, operations, and rights acquisitions to further company growth and revenue opportunities
- Provide consultation and support on sport programming from ideation to post-launch; advise and help resolve key issues
- Assist with event marketing execution strategies and assets
- Analyze content calendar and procurement strategy, manage CapEx budgets, and oversee purchasing

Director of Sports Strategy

Manage team of 5-7 members with responsibilities pertaining to event planning and coordination, contractor
staffing and recruiting, venue management, execution of all sporting events (basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, etc.), and logistics
•   Analyze and implement long-term and scalable business strategies for event planning and execution that
incorporates marketing activations and new product initiatives
•   Develop, measure, and monitor department goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive efficient practices
•   Own and maintain a comprehensive calendar and analysis of company events as it pertains to rights acquisitions,
inventory levels and procurement strategies, and logistics planning
•   Initiate and execute department processes to drive overarching company goals and produce positive P&L margins
•   Monitor and analyze department budgets and P&Ls
•   Responsible for high level project management and executive team tasks

Director of Operations, Events & Planning

- Coordinate and manage bookings and execution of all basketball tournaments, events, and logistics including but not limited to Nike EYBL, Adidas Nations, and Nike Basketball Skills Academy
- Manage basketball scheduling and programming for NBA athletes and international team training programs
- Manage NBA Pre-Draft Program and NBA Pro Day
- Responsible for year-round programming of basketball training, tournaments, leagues, camps and clinics, travel teams for both boys and girls and adults of all skill levels
- Manage basketball coaching staff and trainers
- Oversee day to day basketball operations including but not limited to scheduling and programs, P&Ls, marketing objectives, business development, and client relations
- Yielded consecutive annual profit margins between 50-65%

Director of Basketball

•   Develop team marketing and fundraising efforts, build alumni relations
•   Responsible for team travel coordination and logistics, equipment and gear, and program budgets
•   Oversee day to day basketball operations
•   Produce opponent scouts, assist with film exchange and breakdowns, provide academic support to student-
athletes, and work with both guards and posts on skill development
