• Successfully led coordinated sales strategy across multiple revenue channels through a deep understanding of and attention to different customer and consumer needs.

Lowell is a cannabis industry leader who sets the standard in branding, packaging, and quality. Our strategic objective is
to create the number one lifestyle cannabis brand throughout the US.
•	Built results-driven sales and marketing teams. Increased revenues from $700k to $4.5 million in less than two years.

Representative Accomplishments:
•	Responsible for topline expansion through channel and geographical expansion. Successfully launched Lowell's D2C
business in April.
•	Grew revenue by 300% in Lowell's top-tier shops through implementation of new brand/merchandising guidelines and shop-in-shop experiences.
•	Expanded Lowell's market share by 200% through developing and launching full lifestyle and key SKU's.
•	Increased same store sales by 150% through a productivity analysis and SKU rationalization.
•	Developed a budtender program to drive brand awareness and top line growth. This resulted in significant month-over-

•	Created Fred Segal's first private label brand for the U.S. and global markets while achieving sales of $1M in the first
year and $3.5M in the second year with a 71% blended gross margin.

•	Worked collaboratively with the executive leadership team, CAA, and a private equity firm to develop and execute
short-term and long-term strategic business sales plan.

•	Coordinated with Marketing at CAA to maximize product sales strategy, celebrity endorsements, social media, brand

third-party partnerships, and site optimization.

in annual sales; successfully and profitably sold the company.
