I am an innovative, self-driven apparel creation professional, with 25+ years of experience. I have been a Marketer, Designer, Developer, Product Manager, and Innovation Lead. I understand manufacturing, sourcing, and material development as well as mining for consumer insights to drive product creation. I am skilled in leading multiple projects from concept through completion. I enjoy tackling detailed hurdles or big picture visions. Senior Developer
•	Partner with liaison offices to build relationships and communicate product details for production. 
•	Fabric and trim sourcing and development.
•	Garment construction and testing.
•	Responsible for developing and delivering product in accordance with calendar seasonal dates and gates, product specifications, sustainability, performance and profitability goals. 
•	Use project and people management skills to navigate competing priorities.
•	Utilize CLO 3D apparel tools to improve efficiency and promote sustainability through the reduction of physical prototypes. 



Global Apparel Creation

•	Build relationships, communicate, and lead product creation teams from design through manufacturing.
•	Understand the consumer, analyzing product and competitive trends in the key global markets. 
•	Collaborate with regional and global partners to determine product line, costing and pricing needs of consumers in key markets and channels.
•	Support product creation process through key interaction with product and graphic design, materials, tech design, sales, development and operations. 
•	Create and communicate a vision for product classifications, driven through strong end-in-mind storytelling and consumer-right product strategies. 
•	Line plan and brief the appropriate style/SKU level to optimize productivity, margin and revenue. 
•	Lead consumer insight research with product creation team to guide seasonal offerings.
•	Develop, maintain and foster key relationships between geographies, internal sales team and marketing. 


Product Manager - Training Apparel

•	Ideate, build, test, and refine innovative apparel solutions based on athlete insights.
•	Utilize “outside of the box” thinking  to improve product creation and commercialization.
•	Create presentations to update key stake holders and validate innovation direction.
•	Incorporate sustainability, material innovations, advanced methods of make and range of motion studies to deliver products 
        which benefit the athlete and environment.  
•	Responsible for offering a commercially viable version for the everyday athlete, while aligning with current and future business 
         needs.
•	Collaborate with material vendors and factories for onsite visits, product creation and brainstorming sessions.


Senior Innovation Lead - Jordan Apparel

•	Overall style development, from receiving prototypes, to tracking and approving buy- ready status at a garment and fabric print level.
•	Responsible for product direction on refresh of Young Athletes Hyperstrong product line.  Focus was to make Hyperstrong product “kid right” with fit, function, design and pad size in mind.
•	Stretch assignments for Nike's Innovation Zoo, building functionally innovative apparel for Tactical Athletes. 
•	Stretch Design and Development Project for Radio Shack Cycling Team.


Senior Apparel Development - Nike Pro Combat

• Responsible for developing seasonal, pinnacle styles with technical performance features.
• Overall style development, from receiving prototypes, to tracking and approving buy- ready status at a garment and fabric print level.
• Team member on Running Swift tight project.  Resulting in a Nike patent

Senior Apparel Development

•	Direct to Consumer Custom Cycling Team Apparel.  
       o	Owned the direct-to-consumer experience for all cycling team apparel through one on one consultations and planning in 
                order to deliver customized, seasonal apparel.
•	Execution of custom graphic designs specific to each cycling team.
•	Factory liaison, scheduling, logistics, product sourced in Europe.
