Preformed logistical support to Christian missionaries, disaster relief organizations and maintained 2 fully operational hangers with a feet of 2 Douglas DC-3s and 2 other GA aircraft. Worked along side customs and other logistical personnel to move cargo and personnel ranging from construction supplies and equipment to livestock in and throughout all of the Caribbean. We specialized in providing support to areas where no one else could go primarily operating all over Haiti despite the turmoil.

Preformed hydrostatic pressure tests on pneumatic cylinders, oxygen cylinders and fire bottle onboard fixed wing and rotor craft ranging from general aviation up to corporate and military contracts foreign and domestic. I was also trained as a repairman for fire bottles and oxygen cylinders/regulators.

I am trained in every department from footwear to action sports as well as the bike and ski shop. I have been named one of the top 15 employees out of 155. I have also been certified to be one of the store's lead employee trainers. I was awarded the Anderson Award and nationally recognized for my leadership and peer development within the company within my first year of employment.

I successfully managed a diverse team of up to 35 employees as well as mentored a management team directly under me of 5 leads. I completed the day to day tasks of running a store such as banking, managing the store, customer service, establishing a store policy framework within the store as well as rules for employees, I increased attendance accuracy as well as helped create a healthy happy work environment. During this time I was also the hiring manager and preformed any and all training from start to finish as well as held clinics, staff meetings, and employee behavior correction meetings.

I ran the day to day operations down on the floor of the store, working with customers, employees and my superiors. I created employee handbooks and training manuals, all including store policies and guidelines for employees because there were none. I helped triple employee product knowledge and customer service through the use of impromptu training clinics on the floor while the store was slow. I also upped customer service within the store while still staying within the store's strict return policy.
