In 2009, as an Intelligence Officer deployed to Iraq, provided indications and warning of enemy forces which led to the defeat of Al Qaeda in Iraq in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. In 2011, as the II Marine Expeditionary Force Security Manager, was deployed to Afghanistan and was responsible for the Information and Security program of over 20,000 U.S. and NATO personnel in Helmand Province. From 2011 to 2014 supervised the training of over 700 U.S. Marine recruits at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. From 2016-2017 as Intelligence Officer for 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines, was deployed to Mosul, Iraq as the intelligence advisor to an Iraqi Federal Police Division and advised and assisted Iraqi forces by sharing intelligence and providing enemy targets. These actions helped Iraqi forces liberate Mosul from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS)
