Dynamic team oriented Creative Director with full scale experience and expertise in creating and developing / shepherding
successful luxury and mass brands from start to completion as well as implementing profitable campaigns, print, digital and
social for Fortune 100 companies and internationally recognized brands. A seasoned executive with exceptional leadership
abilities and experience building highly effective, top talent teams. Specialized in working with leaders and shareholders to
create brands or rebrand and taking them to the next level.

CLIENTS + PROJECTS: Kendo Brands; Bite Beauty, Ole Henriksen: Work closely with the marketing team on rebranding and
strategic marketing positioning to take both brands to next level and increase profits. Producing and directing shoots, still and
motion. Created Krisma Clean Skincare: a startup brand, from concept to completion, currently is positioned to launch in major beauty retail stores and digital world. Dr Lancer Skin Care: Created concepts for new product launches as well as direct
all the shoots (model, products still and motion). Luminess Cosmetics: concept / voice / look and feel, also directed all the model and product shoots to relaunch the new site as well as digital campaigns and social. Lead the Creative Department.

Hired by the Founder & CEO to rebrand the company as well as to lead the creative team/departments in domestic and inter-
national offices. Directed & produced Campaign shoots and social  (model, products, still and videos), and designs for print,
digital, social media, and marketing campaigns. As part of the executive team was also responsible for daily profit analysis and forecast delivery.

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

CLIENTS: Britton marketing for Vera Bradley, Sara Weinstock Jewelry, Beachbody, Malibu Magazine, ColorProof, Fox
Restaurant Concepts, and Scottevest. Brand or rebrand, created campaigns, print, digital and social. Worked closely with founders, executive teams, produce and direct shoots. Lead design teams.

Recruited by the Founder/CEO to lead the creative services division and to create a strong brand, offline and online, for presence for luxury hair care company. Resulted in a 75% sales growth following launch, which positioned the company
for acquisition by a major beauty company - Loreal.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Appointed by renowned Creative Director, Frank Nuovo, to lead design team for launch of the world's first international luxury
mobile phone, inspired by the design and materials of luxury hand crafted goods. Oversaw design and consistency of
London, Paris and international retail stores / boutiques, working closely with industrial designers to ensure brand integrity to be consistent throughout the retail experience with product integrity.

VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR, VERTU

Led creative department for this image-forward, international hair care company. Successfully rebranded several existing
categories/lines including Laminates, Shaper (the no.1 hair care brand in the world), Trucco and Colorshines, as well as developing branding for new categories such as Xtah, and Body Double, that resulted in acquisition by WELLA.
