Sales Expert with 20 years of experience by creating + executing strategies thru motivating, developing + providing solutions for growth to each sales rep + territory. Over the years I attained every sales goal as a sales representative in Southern California, AZ, NV then was elevated to National Sales Manager for three brands simultaneously and ensured my sales team of 60 reps exceeded their sales goals within each territory + All Channels throughout the U.S., Canada, + Latin America.

Managing REEF Apparel for all Channels – Key Accounts, Specialty, International, Ecommerce, Off-Price.

Provide special drop assortments for Ecom on a quarterly basis to quickly react to trends + test new concepts.
Organize + stay within annual budgets for trade shows, co-ops, retail activations, T+E, Promo, etc.
Attain shipping goals weekly by coordinating w/ warehouse team, sales, + retailers.
Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure order files are maximized for allocation efficiency + accurate discounts.
Create + invest in POP, In Store Fixtures, Windows, etc. for key retailers. 
Manage + provide seasonal digital assets to support social channels, product support, retailers and sales team.
Systematically manage active inventory levels and delegate a balance of discounting per channel.
Correspond w/ AP + retailers to keep invoice payments current + maximize shipping w/in multiple seasons.

Director of Sales 

	Managed North American Snow Sales Team for Quiksilver / Roxy / DC for All Channels within the U.S. / Canada.
	Ensured our team of 60 sales reps were successful within their territory by facilitating their needs + retailers.
	Develop prebook goals and quarterly A/O goals catered to each rep and region.
	Grew sales double digits year over year by combining a sharp focus on opening new accounts, while continuing growth within current accounts thru increased doors, floor space, partnerships, etc.
	Analyze year over year sales by rep to generate aggressive sales plans and initiatives per brand.
	Select, hire, and managed the best Sales Team possible. 
	Annually created, coordinated, hosted Global Product meetings in France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany with North American retailers to ensure future product lines were in-line with Market needs. 
	Worked closely with Sales Operations to effectively manage order files, + shipping targets. 
	Coordinate with AP to help facilitate payments and credit issues from any dealers.
	Manage efficient sample buys for all Sales Teams + Demos.

	Organize budgets for Trade Shows, Retail Marketing, Samples, Demos, Retailer Co-Ops, Promo, etc.
	Conduct Pre-Lines for Key Accounts to facilitate early buys and SMU opportunities.
	Arrange Focus Groups with Retailers to gather product info, trends, and brand feedback. 
	Maintain productive communication with M+D to streamline sales needs with product development.
	Work closely with Marketing to align product stories consistently among reps/retailers/consumers.
	Manage buys to develop an inventory that corresponds to prebook orders and facilitates reorder business throughout the season.
	Negotiated several Resort Sponsorships for each brand throughout U.S. / Canada.

National Sales Manager

	Generated and managed sales for Quiksilver Apparel + both Quiksilver / Roxy Snow for S. CA, AZ, and S. NV. 
	Accomplished and exceeded Prebook + A/O  sales goals each year by capitalizing on sales opportunities with established accounts and opening new accounts throughout the region.
	Account base consisted of all Specialty dealers, Chain Stores  (Dicks Sporting Goods, Pac Sun, Tillys), + Online Dealers (Amazon, Zappos). 
	Developed strong relationships with retailers by participating in every aspect of the snow retail cycle-- prebook, shipping, clinics, merchandising, POP, managed retailer inventory, and initiated reorder opportunities.
	Managed order files to ensure maximum order fulfillment to offset production cancellations and withdraws. 
	Merchandised and negotiated with retailers to gain premiere floor space to effectively showcase the brands and products. 
	Performed clinics to educated shop staff on new product innovations, technology and generated excitement for the brands. Also created sales contests among the staff to initiate sales. 
	Negotiated + Managed Resort Sponsorships with Mammoth Mountain Resort.
	Worked closely with local resorts to establish strong brand presence thru events, and organized outerwear uniform orders for park staff at Mammoth Mountain and Mountain High.  
	Coordinated retailer events --- Roxy Chicken Jam, Roxy Snow Classic, and Surf Shop Challenge. 
	Supported team manager / athletes for retail events, photo shoots, movie premieres, etc. 
	Participated in Art of Flight Tour throughout the West coast + New Zealand – coordinating with retailers for athlete singings and accommodate for key accounts.

Sales Representative - Outerwear / Apparel / Eyewear / Goggles / Helmets 

	Provided sales support for reps and accounts throughout Asia.
	Ensured orders were shipped effectively and efficiently for new Quiksilver stores throughout China.
	Created packing lists and invoices per shipment according to customs regulations for each country.
	Analyzed and solve issues with account credit balances, payment plans, etc.
	Processed Return Authorizations for product defects, returns to accommodate for poor sell thru.

Inside Sales International + Customer Service 

	Researched, proposed, and coordinated events compatible to our clients marketing objectives.
	Negotiated fees, signage, and payment arrangements for each event.
	Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and managing a staff (12) for street team promotions eliminating excessive costs and improving the quality of Cynic’s promotions.
	Created follow up reports evaluating the team’s productivity and effectiveness of each promotion with the client’s strategy.
