Provide top notch customer service to accounts and end consumers for Flow Snowboards, SIC Maui SUP, and NXTZ products regarding warranty claims. Place parts orders and manage warranty inventory. Compile information on factory defects in order to hold manufacturers responsible and regroup warranty costs for Flow Sports Inc. Responsible for enacting new process and protocol in the warranty department to lower response and completion times.

I was a major unit salesman at G-Force focused on selling powersports vehicles.

At Colorado Powersports I was in charge of preparing documents for the sale of powersports vehicles. I helped with updating social media to drive customers to the store. Updating online inventory, tracking sales, and running various reports in order to stay on pace for performance goals were a few of the many things I accomplished daily. I was responsible helping provide credit for customers who wanted to purchase motorcycles. Structured deals that were in compliance with lender guidelines and the dealership policies, resulting in quick funding, and a high level of customer satisfaction and upheld the highest ethical standards. I provided customers with the option to purchase pre-paid maintenance, extended service plans, GAP, tire/wheel protection among others. All said, powersports are a passion of mine and I enjoyed passing on my experiences to customers.

I have been a snowboard athlete for Smith Optics since the fall of 2010. I try to bring as much positive exposure to the brand as possible through edits on the internet, contest exposure and magazine exposure.

To be a part of a technology like Boa was more than amazing, I still consider them family. I worked hard to get as much exposure as possible for Boa and they rewarded me with a commercial on Fuel TV, ads in Transworld Snowboarding, and an ad every year in Denver International Airport. I would like to consider myself as a brand ambassador for Boa, I try to spread the word on how well this technology works to everyone I come across.

I was on the regional team for Ride from 2005 to 2013.

At Keystone I fulfilled contractual obligations of making on mountain appearances and making myself available for film and photos. I represented the mountain at multiple contests across the United States and Canada.

I was employed at Mountain Sports Outlet in Silverthorne, CO as a sales lead in both the snowboard and bicycle categories. Here I not only assisted customers to make proper buying decisions but also honed my skills as a salesman. I like to think that I make a lasting impression on every customer as a friendly and knowledgeable assistant, this leads to quite a bit of return business.

At MC Sports I learned the ways of a retail associate. It was my first job out of high school and I fell in love with the winter sports industry at this job, motivating me to move west to Colorado and seek a job in retail with hopes of getting an industry job someday.
