Responsible for creating promotional campaigns, marketing budgets and team cohesion to ensure our organization reaches our target goals. Develop customer contacts, provide service to all customers for the location as needed, create business opportunities, write contracts, and execute customer relation activities.

Responsible for the safety and growth of at risk youth. Ability to make a positive change on the youth of tomorrow's generation. Use coping and processing skills to de-escalate youth through tough situations. Monitor and ensure the safety of residents throughout the facility. Rebuild the life's of at risk youth though education, healing and restoring relationships.

Accountable to perform multiple daily duties including: opening and closing, inventory management, team management ranging from 3 to 10 employees, creating cash and inventory budgets. Created marketing plans, marketing budgets and lead the companies marketing efforts to capture specific many different target audiences. Forecast profits and sales using computer programs, optimized the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas, planned budgets and conducted sales forecasts.
