Working as independent apparel sourcing and production agent to help designer/wholesalers with development and bulk production needs.  Represent a range of specialized supply chain partners (raw materials through finished garments) throughout Asia, Mexico, and the US with a focus in the contemporary, active/performance wear markets for both men's and women's categories.  Utilize overseas and domestic vendor relationships to accommodate clients specific needs.  Manage the daily communication between client and factories, handle all stages of product development including sourcing of fabric, trims etc. to placing bulk buy with factories and coordinating final delivery to DC’s/Warehouse.  Other services include merchandising and design consultation, profit margin evaluation/solutions, ERP/PLM software on boarding, logistics and operational planning, and brand launches.
