In my own words

Scott

I am an evangelist for good ideas, executed simply.

My goal is simple: foster the thinking, processes, teams, and understanding that result in original product offerings that inspire business and delight customers.

I have been fortunate to be a part of building industry leading, technical categories in both strong and challenging market fluctuations, creating the simple from the complex, matching consumer needs with technology opportunities, developing people through coaching, and leading diversity initiatives. As a visionary, multi-division Vice President I have innovated game changing product and changed the game forever.

Whether in Organizational Transformation, Training and Development, Product Development or Service Design, I am at my best instilling excitement for the work, coming up with new ideas and bringing them to life. My success comes from establishing strategic partnerships with key players to drive revenue growth and investment development. I create a culture of trust and respect between all partners.

What motivates me are opportunities where I can leverage my knowledge, creativity, and business savvy to foster a culture where my colleagues can perform at their best. I believe in the power of building strong relationships and I excel at driving individual and collective success in a results - oriented environment.

My goals for the future are to continue creating and developing new businesses. Each project is a chance to do something different or try something that hasn't been done before.
