-Provide administrative support for EP Production executives including scheduling meetings, coordinating deliveries, making travel arrangements, and various administrative tasks -Create calendars, coordinate conference calls, events, or any other type of communication that relates to the series that comes from or pertains to the studio’s responsibilities. -Supports department by ordering supplies and materials, equipment, IT support, furniture requirements, temporary staffing needs, messenger/courier needs, etc.

Assist with active production, maintain production databases for all products using EXCEL, Use and maintain METRC to track all products, use Cannabis-365 to log all products, lead production team, log samples and transport them to the lab, transport products and supplies as needed, strict adherence to procedures and quality control, communicate with retailers/customers, maintain and manage company email
