Oversees product development and implementation and the adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies for soft goods projects. Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives. Leads the development, monitors, and reports on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. Manages various innovation projects across the key company pillars; Data Analytics, Biometric feedback loops, and soft goods performance.

Responsible for effective strategic planning, execution and co-ordination of selected projects and activities with regards to the engineering and development of advanced garments and apparel technologies.
