• Collaborate with Design, Risk Management, & Legal teams to drive market communication • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies focussing on growing exposure to drive business • Facilitate project life-cycle and delivery • Train Mortgage Advisors and Assistants on new & upcoming technologies • Track and Manage digital ad campaigns

• Develop, design, and implement local marketing and brand strategies • Strategically source new vendors and manage existing vendor relationships • Delegate and manage projects and analytics within our marketing team

• Organize, plan, and execute the annual Golf Tournament, raising more funds for the Marketing Scholarship Foundation than the past three years combined • Manage, plan, and coordinate a live MMA fight for Invincible Inc. at the Ontario Convention Center

• Manage production deliverable schedules, due and air dates, episode descriptions, and legal documentation • Write editorial and commercial scripts, and screen edited masters • Collaborate with producers, editors, voice over talent, and outside GFX companies in all aspects of on-air promotion
