Responsible for the collection, interpretation, and presentation of Global Futures, and Sell thru information to Senior Sales Management. Weekly responsibilities include: analyzing and reporting bookings, sales trends, numerical reports, narrative analysis, graphs, charts as well as presentation formats and providing insights and support for both Internal and External presentations. Conduct regular meetings and connect with Geo, Global, and Category teams to ensure understanding and communication of Business Insights and Processes. Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc reporting processes. Review and drive business requirements to ensure reporting solutions are designed in a manner that meet Global Sales needs. Provide business support and coordination of user acceptance testing. Proactively follow-up on deadlines and progress towards key dates.

-Allocate the right merchandise to the right stores at the right time to maximizing sales, sell thru and margin while maintaining desired inventory levels. -Assist in developing merchandise plans by analyzing historical data, store needs, demographics and forecasting trends. -Provide quantitative analysis to support planning, buying and store planning decisions both preseason and in- season to maximize opportunities. -Assist in developing distribution strategies based on analysis of current sales trend, inventory levels by store and past selling history to achieve optimal inventory levels. -Work with the Buyer and Planner to achieve category merchandise goals and identify possible risk through analyzing contracts. -React to in season trends by door to ensure inventory levels are being adjusted appropriately based on each stores performance. -Assist in the development and implementation of allocating merchandise to store space based on store category layout.

-Identify top selling merchandise and execute merchandising plan to capitalize sales revenue. -Identify merchandise opportunities based on selling and customer feedback. -Execute and oversee installation of monthly marketing campaigns. -Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards. -Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event. -Supervise, train and develop associates within apparel department -Coordinate work of apparel team.
