Took a career break to move with my husband from London to Colorado, spending time enjoying all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Also spent some time volunteering with a US Not For Profit, helping recruit and on-board volunteers for overseas health missions.

A member of several divisional leadership teams, I partnered directly with Directors and senior leaders in order to develop and implement HR strategies to support commercial outcomes. This included initiatives around succession planning, talent management, leadership capability, culture and structure. Developed Westfield's Diversity & Inclusion framework and approach, including sponsorship of Internal networks, flexible working practices and more. Created a series of change initiatives to broaden and build organisational capability and performance. Developed and facilitated a range of programs aimed at building the Talent pipeline for divisional partners. Responsibilities also included coaching of front line managers, change management, employment relations, OD interventions, policy development and recruitment.
